My dear neighbor recommended Pronto Tax and I made an appointment within 3 days. The receptionist "Cynthia" was so professional and sweet. The ambiance was down to earth and not stuffy or messy. I had an appointment with Tim who was amazing, cordial, and had an aura that was relaxing. Step by step he explained the tax preparation and directed his monitor to my attention. Overall there aren't enough stars to rate Pronto Tax Service. That's how good this family business is run.

Hands down the best tax experience I've had! all thanks to my tax preparer "Ingrid". She went above and beyond to make sure I got the most from my tax return. Ingrid was very professional, patient, and thorough. She went over my tax forms multiple times just to make sure that I received every penny that I deserved. I've tried turbo tax, H&R and other miscellaneous tax services and Ingrid was by far the best tax preparer that I've had. I just called my last appointment at another tax office to cancel. The name just about says it all. I've worked with both Emilio and Cynthia, both are knowledgeable and efficient. Though my taxes are done promptly, I never feel as if I'm being rushed out the door. They ask questions to make sure all possible deductions are considered. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service. Recently, someone tried to file taxes using my Social Security number. Cynthia contacted ASAP and shared with me the info needed to try to get everything straightened out. She then reprinted my tax forms and took care of the needed signatures, all done gratis. Just one more reason our family returns every year to work with a quality, friendly business.

The time i walked into here was because my mom and i had recently moved and we were looking for a tax place nearby that takes appointments. This is the first time me and my boyfriend come to this place to do our taxes this year, and let me say that we were helped by Ingrid. So nice and helpful!! We went to get an estimate from liberty tax before coming to this place and they were charging us $500 !!! Not here at pronto . We got a bigger return and didn't need to pay a crazy amount to do taxes .
